The Resurrection of Christ and Restoration of the Kingdom on Earth

The Good News (Gospel) According to Matthew
Today’s Focus: The Resurrection of Christ and Restoration of the Kingdom on Earth
Scripture: Matthew 28

Greetings Kingdom Citizens
In this final installment of looking at Jesus though the Gospel According to Matthew. After the resurrection of Christ, Jesus meets up with the disciples and give them very clear instructions. He shows them the marks in His hands and feet and in his side and told them that: All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth!. Now He tells the disciples to teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. He also tells them to observe ALL things He commanded and comforted them by letting them know He would be with them always, even unto the end of the Earth. Now from here we could go to the book of Acts but let’s quickly review some critical points in the life of Jesus!

1. Introduction of the King and the Kingdom to Earth (Matthew 3)
2. God’s Primary Priority for Our Lives (Matthew 6)
3. Preach the True Gospel of the Kingdom (Matthew 10)
4. Foundation of the Church and the Keys of the Kingdom (Matthew 16)
5. Always Be Ready for the Return of the King (Matthew 24)
6. Restoration of the Sons of God (Matthew 28)

I would like to thank God for showing me what He has showed me and I know there is so much more and with God, He can come up with many more messages from the same scriptures. We have done 112 different messages just from Matthew about Jesus and that I know is not even a grain of salt’s worth of what is there, but it is a start. I pray that this series has been revealing and has given someone who does not know our Lord and Savior a glimpse into the truth about Him and what He came to Earth to do. May God Bless not only the readers of His Word but the Doers!!
