Resurrection Commission to the Saints

The Good News (Gospel) According to Mark
Today’s Focus: Resurrection Commission to the Saints
Scripture: Mark 16:15-18

Greetings Kingdom Citizens
In this final installment of the Gospel According to Mark we see the great commission to the disciples. Let’s see what Christ asked us to do and the signs that follow those who believe.

1. Preach the Gospel to Every Creature
So the Gospel of the Kingdom should be preached to every creature and nation. We reviewed this in Matthew 24:14 what the Gospel is according to Jesus. So this is what the disciples are called to do. You as a disciple should be declaring the Kingdom of God. You do not need a pulpit to do so according to Jesus because He charged all the disciples to go out and preach the Gospel of the Kingdom. But I know and Jesus know all of you will not do it. Remember, we will all be held personally accountable for the standards we set and how we ruled on Earth.

2. Salvation
Confessing the Lord Jesus and believing that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9) then you shall be saved. Then being baptized with the Holy Ghost. This is God’s plan of salvation for those who believe to save His children from eternal damnation. Very simple and I pray that for those of you who have not had your rights restored, I pray you give your life to the Lord and come into who you are, A King, A Priest, An Ambassador and most of all a son of God.

3. Power and Authority Given Back to the Saints
Now this is the part that we should get excited about. These are the signs of those who believe in Christ, the Son of the Living God. In the name of Jesus, they shall be able to cast out devils. In the name of Jesus, they shall speak with new tongues. In the name of Jesus they shall not be poisoned by what they drink or any deadly thing. And finally, in the name of Jesus they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Now, Jesus is clearly saying, in His name shall these be the signs of those who truly believe in Him and be a witness unto Him and the power He has. What signs are you showing, those of Christ or those of satan?
