The Cry of the Orphan

The Mind of Christ

Today’s Focus: The Cry of the Orphan

Scripture: Lamentations 5

Greetings Kingdom Citizens

I can only imagine the hurt the Jeremiah felt as he said these words. It is my sincere prayer that all who profess and believe on the name of Jesus, I pray you come out of your mindset of being a orphan and come into the Mind of Christ which is Son. I am going to type this entire chapter because I urge you to read it and if the Lord convicts you in your heart about the culture you are living in, I urge you this day to repent and live the life God, your Father, has designed for you to live.

Lamentations 5:

1. Remember O Lord, what is come upon us: consider, and behold our reproach.

2. OUR INHERITANCE IS TURN TO STRANGERS, OUR HOUSES TO ALIENS

3. WE ARE ORPHANS AND FATHERLESS, OUR MOTHERS ARE AS WIDOWS

4. We have druken our water for money; our wood is solid unto us.

5. Our necks are under persecution: WE LABOUR, AND HAVE NO REST

6. We have given the hand to the Egyptians and to the Assyrians (World), TO BE SATISFIED WITH BREAD.

7. Our fathers have sinned, and are not; and we have borne their inquities

8. Servants have ruled over us: there is none that doth deliver us out of their hand.

9. WE GAT OUR BREAD WITH THE PERIL OF OUR LIVES BECAUSE OF THE SWORD OF THE WILDERNESS

10. Our skin was black like an oven because of the terrible famine.

11. They ravished the women in Zion, and the maids in the cities of Judah.

12. Princes are hanged by their hand: the faces of elders were not honored

13. They took the young men to grind, and the children fell under the wood

14. THE ELDERS HAVE CEASED FROM THE GATE, THE YOUNG MEN FROM THEIR MUSICK

15. THE JOY OF OUR HEART IS CEASED: OUR DANCE IS TURNED INTO MOURNING

16. The crown was fallen from our head: Woe unto us, that we have sinned!

17. FOR THIS OUR HEART IS FAINT; FOR THESE THINGS OUR EYES ARE DIM.

18. Because the mountain of Zion is desolate, the foxes walk upon it.

19. Thou, O Lord, remainest for ever; thy throne from generation to generation

20. Wherefore dost thou forget us for ever and forsake us so long time?

21. TURN THOU US UNTO THEE, O LORD, AND WE SHALL BE TURNED; RENEWED OUR DAYS AS OF OLD. BUT THOU HAST UTTERLY REJECTED US; THOU ART VERY WROTH AGAINST US.

Now in Jeremiah’s if this is what is in his heart about Israel then, what do you think he would feel today? While it is not late, turn and repent from the culture of the orphan. This whole entire chapter is the cry of an orphan, the fatherless child. But what is unique is the fact that the child is crying out for the Father to be fathered in every way. There are many of you who will read this message and we as the Body of Christ need to take an individualized gut-check about our relationship with the Father. Lamentations 5 is the cry of the son who has lost his identity, moreover the Mind of Christ. When God sent Jesus he restored the patriarchal order of the House of God, the culture of the Son and the culture of the Kingdom to the Earth. When you are a son of God, you have the Mind of Christ. You and the Father are one and you live in the Kingdom of God. The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof and if the earth belongs to our Father and we are in His House can you imagine what is available to you as a son?

Peace, Love and Grace from the Father,
