One World of Christ

Topic: One World of Christ

Greetings Sons of God:

This start with the fact about Christ:

Colossians 1:14-17:  In whom we have redemption through his blood even the forgiveness of sins: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones or dominions or principalities or powers: all things were created by him and for him: And He is before all things and by Him all things consist.

The Scripture above tells that everything that was created in Heaven and in the earth was created by Him.  This is why the spiritual world is more real than the natural because everything that was created came from the eternal.  So to even understand the purpose of the natural you must consult the one who created it and He is Christ.  If we do not have that viewpoint then creation, especially in the natural world are just objects.  But moreover the more dangerous aspect of not having a spiritual viewpoint, you are at the mercy of a merciless spirit named Satan.  He has the advantage of invisibility over you.  So it is critical to have a real relationship with Christ, not just because of creation but also for yourself so that you may mature and become who the Father sees you as.   Now let’s look at creation and then shift to us as sons.

Colossians 1:17 tells us that Christ holds all things together and in order.  When Christ created everything, everything had a order and a purpose and as long as the sons of God remained in rule and fellowship with the Father, that order was maintained.  Creation responded to the sons of God.  Sons of God did not live in fear of creation because their Father taught them how to righteously rule.  When mankind sinned against God that rule was handed over to Satan and the demonic forces.  These demonic forces abused and put creation in bondage and corruption.. Sounds strange huh?

Romans 8:21:  Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

This is why the creation is groaning and travailing because they are waiting for the manifestation of the sons because in that manifestation they also are set free from the bondage of corruption placed upon them by the enemy.  This is why this season is so crucial in your fellowship, submission and obedience to the Spirit because in your maturity, layers of the soul’s dominance is being removed and the glorious light of Christ is being shined brighter and brighter.

Psalm 139:1-3: O Lord thou hast searched me, and known me.  Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off, Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.

Psalm 139:23,24: Search me O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: and see if there be any wicked way in me and lead me in the way everlasting

This is what God is doing now, searching us, showing us and leading us in the eternal paths.   Now one of the tricks of the enemy is this:

You must work up to God and storm the gates of heaven

This is not true you simply have to open up to Him.  Allow Him to rule and reign within you and submit your flesh and soul to the rule of the spirit.  This is why:

Psalm 37:23: The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord; and he delighteth in his way.

When we walk after the Spirit we walk righteously and our rule is righteous.  We are walking in true freedom who is Christ.  One of the things we have missed in understanding this is we see ourselves as singular and individual and so we miss the interconnection that we have with creation and most of all with God Himself.

In the next message we will continue this and examine our oneness in Christ and its impact on the rest of creation.

Peace, Love and Grace,
