Purpose and Goals of a Pastor and Spiritual father: Colossians 1:9: "For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding". If this is not a goal of your leader for you, you are in the wrong household and most likely not being fed real spiritual food by which you are to mature. Wisdom is the principle thing!
