This is Our Season

Topic: This is Our Season

Greetings Sons of God:
Let’s start with this Scripture:

Hosea 6:1-3:  Come, let us return unto the Lord: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.  After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up and we shall live in His sight.  Then shall we know if we follow on to know the Lord: His going forth is prepared as the morning; and He shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.

This is a cry through the prophet Hosea for Israel to return to the Lord because of the current state of the nation.  This cry is not just for that particular time period but this is a cry to the sons of God today! Now the Scripture above says that when we return to the Lord that He will heal us and bind us up (unify).  In addition in the third day He will raise us up to live in His sight.  This third day is the day of living in the Spirit.  Understand this we are resurrected from the dead and born again for the purpose to live through and by the Spirit:

Acts 17:27,28:  That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:  For in Him (Christ) we live, and move and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

Now understand to get to this point or state of being where we are living completely and solely by the Spirit when we are born again the Lord begins a process by which He transitions us from living by the soul to living by the spirit and the major process He uses is the Baptism of Fire or sufferings or trials and tribulations.  How do we know this:

1 Peter 4:12,13:  Beloved think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you as though some strange thing happened unto you:  But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ sufferings; that when His glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

So many people are broken and spiritually discouraged and because of the times we are living in, may of the sons are crying “Lord where are you?”  We understand that the Lord is ever with us and through the gift of prophecy and proper apostolic doctrine we understand the season we are in and see what the Father is doing through the removal of restraint.  However I caution you not to get concerned so much with what the world is doing because within that prophecy was this Scripture:

Isaiah 26:20:  Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee; hide thyself as it were for a little moment, unto the indignation be overpast.

So within our households are we to be learning and allowing the Father to prepare us for the time that He is ready to present the Sons of God to the creation.  Remember in Romans 8 it speaks of the whole creation groans and travails for the manifestation of the sons of God.   This is our season now!

This is the day that the Lord is healing, refining and purging us from the effects of the Fall and being led by our soul to being led by the Spirit in every moment.  God is eliminating the soulish nature within the sons that prevent them from manifesting His glory.  Our reason for living is to follow Christ’s path to sonship and manifest His glory to a dying age.  This will require that our hearts are fully driven to be completely obedient to Him.

God is going to accomplish this work within us on this side of the veil of death.  It is important to point this out for a very crucial reason:

Hebrews 11:39-Hebrews 12:1: And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: God having provided some better thing for us. That they without us should not be made perfect.  Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight and the sin which doth so easily beset us and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

There are those who have gone on before us in the faith.  But when you read the 40th verse of Hebrews 11 it says they without us should not be made perfect.  There is so much in just that statement but we will revisit it later. The church, the House of God is a unified family even though there are those who are in heaven and those sons on the earth but here it says that the sons in Heaven, the Cloud of Witnesses as they are called should not be made perfect without us.  They are yearning and cheering us on to finish the race so that they are made perfect also.  That is a thought huh?  Just because you go to Heaven does not mean that there is not still a maturing process.  They are calling on us to lay aside every weight and sin that is a stumbling block in the race and path to sonship.

The entire creation is waiting, the Cloud of Witnesses are cheering us on to finish the race. Will you answer the call of God on your life.

Peace, Love and Grace,
